Left Hand Spiral, Right Hand Cutting, 7 degree helix, 0 degree rake angle commonly called as LHS/RHC Sollid Carbide Reamers are dsigned especially for difficult to machine materials or hard materials and for best feed & size control.
Straight Fluted Solid Carbide Reamers are also available for easy to machine materials.
RHS/RHC Solid Carbide Reamers for reaming soft materials like aluminum, brass components.
Size control within 3-4 microns is achievable with ROHIT Solid Carbide Reamers.
Our design has concentricity and rigidity advantages over expanding and interchangeable head reamer systems
Through Coolant Solid Carbide Reamers also available on request.
